　　　　　　　Applying Procedure for Fiancé/Fiancée (K 1) Visa

USCIS requires that the two persons must meet each other within the past two years before applying for K visa. If anyone of them has great difficulty to meet the other, they will be exempted from this requirement; but it may have sufficient reason to be an exemption only when this difficulty falls into a very special health problem. Applying for exemption due to the economic hardship usually cannot be approved.

Many applicants are not familiar with the procedure for K 1 application; for example, both sides have never met each other and only contact by e-mail, this application doesn’t meet the requirement. The specific procedure is as follows:

1. Firstly, you should sign an entrusting agreement with our company once you have decided to apply for U.S.K1 visa
